    Health, Prevention, Natural Alternatives, along with Wellness are today's buzzwords, the attention-grabbers millions of people are interested in. The baby boomers (people born between 1946 and 1964) are increasingly aware of their health.

    Today's public is full of well-informed consumers who are no longer satisfied with a visit to the doctor that ends with a prescription, a pat on the head and "see you next year!"

    Those of you in your 20s and 30s have had health messages emblazoned into your being since you were children. You are very well read on the subject, but don't necessarily pay heed to the warnings. To complicate matters, the wellness trend is not much beyond skin deep for most. Today we are fatter and less fit than 20 years ago. We are open to taking Ginkgo to help our memory, but still smoke cigarettes.

    A healthy, active lifestyle starts with achieving balanced nutrition. This is essential for providing our bodies with the nutrients required to make them function properly. Unfortunately, today’s busy, modern lifestyles mean we don’t always make healthy food and drink choices, so we often miss out on necessary nutrients.

    Processed food has often lost essential vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, so it’s important we adopt good eating habits and use supplements when necessary. Maximise your health with ‘intelligent nutrition’

Nutritional Insurance and Weight Control:
The first steps to true wellness.

    Just as you would invest in a healthcare policy or car insurance to protect yourself from an accident, you need to invest in nutritional insurance to safeguard your health and wellbeing.

    What is nutritional insurance? It simply means putting a top priority on the nutrition you feed your body. Your good health depends on good nutrition. With that in mind, you should take your nutritional insurance as seriously as you would your medical and automobile insurance.

    Most people, however, pay more attention and more money to protect what's on the outside as opposed to the inside of their own bodies.

    We need this foundation of nutritional insurance because we don't eat well. Our meals are rushed and much of our foods are high calorie, yet low in nutrients. Who, after all, eats five to seven daily servings of fruits and vegetables as recommended by the American Cancer Society?

    If we help people understand the importance of nutrition and provide products that are easy to incorporate into their daily lives, we can make a difference! Optimum nutrition is the key to weight control, fitness and good health.
